At Two Heart Matchmaker, your safety and comfort are our top priority. Members are expected to interact respectfully and responsibly while using our Service.

These Community Guidelines complement our Terms of Use. Violations may lead to account warnings, suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity and prior behavior.

Profile Rules

Eligibility

All members must be over 18 years old to register.

Accuracy

Profiles must contain truthful information. Impersonation, false age or marital status, and misleading content are strictly prohibited.

Content Restrictions

No offensive, illegal, hateful, or inappropriate material.
No content promoting violence, terrorism, politics, or self-harm.
No infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.

Uniqueness & Purpose

Only one account per member is allowed.
Profiles must be used for genuine dating purposes.
Solicitation for money, gifts, or "sugar daddy" arrangements is prohibited.

Ownership

Profiles are personal and cannot be sold or transferred.

Photos 📸

All photos must be of you.
No nudity, sexually explicit content, or offensive material.
No images of minors or third parties.
No copyrighted material without permission.
No images promoting drugs, violence, or illegal activity.
No overly edited or photoshopped images.

Communication 💬

With Customer Service

Be respectful. Abusive, offensive, or threatening behavior may result in immediate termination.

With Other Members

No harassment, threats, or offensive language.
No unsolicited sexual content or spam.
No solicitation or promotion of products, services, or organizations.
Illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement.

Protection of Minors 🚫

Members must not communicate inappropriately with anyone under 18, including friends or relatives of adult members. Any illegal communication will be reported to law enforcement.

Account Safety 🔒

Never share your password or allow others to access your account.
Do not send money or financial information to other members.
Do not use bots, viruses, or malicious software on the platform.
Inactive accounts may be terminated periodically.

Reporting Abuse 🛡️

Report violations via our contact form or directly from a member’s profile/message. Provide as much evidence as possible to help us take action promptly.
